As a consultant to GTZ, managed and prepared strategic infrastructure plans for new water and wastewater schemes in small towns throughout coastal areas of Western Yemen. Provided direction to professionals who undertook studies on the engineering, environmental, social and economic viability of different water and wastewater schemes. Also participated actively in developing Operation and Maintenance manuals.
